Refund policy

At RAWFORM, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@rawform.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your full name, order number, and reason for the return in your email. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

All returned items must be sent back to us before a refund will be reviewed or issued. Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and determine whether it qualifies under our refund policy. RAWFORM reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned item has been received and approved. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by RAWFORM.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases including, but not limited to:

• Return requests made after 30 days from delivery
• Returns sent back without contacting us first
• Items not received back by our team
• Abuse of the refund policy or excessive return activity

RAWFORM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed returns in transit.
